Nutmeg's Printing Specifications

We purposely choose to distribute manifest forms that you are most comfortable and familiar with already. Our manifests are the highest quality forms that have been approved by the U.S. EPA, and go though the most rigorous quality controls. Below is an outline of our product specifications.

Manifests and Continuation Sheets

8 ½ x 11-inch white paper excluding side-bound stubs.
Standard black text.
Red ink (PMS 185) for marginal words indicating copy distribution only.
Six-copy forms with copy-to-copy registration within 1/32nd of an inch.

Appleton with Premium Grade Paper (all copies)
Carbonless papers only
Carbonless Back (CB) = 16lbs
Carbonless Front Back (CFB) = 14lbs
Carbonless Front (CF)= 15lbs

Printing of Unique Manifest Tracking Numbers

Bold-faced, Century Gothic typeface no less than 3/16 of an inch in height.
Black ink only (standard black).
Nine numbers followed by space and “CTN” suffix.

Binding Methods

Side stubs to bind continuous forms with (4) four-legged crimps in the left and right stubs.
Individual forms as "unit sets" with top binding with perforations ("snap top").
